Our idea of a perfect candidate is someone who...
  • Will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls every day, communicating via GSuite tools and Drift, working with an SDR team, qualifying prospects, generating interest, and closing sales.
  • Use question-based and solution selling to understand prospect/customer needs and requirements.
  • Respond immediately to all customer inquiries.
  • Follow the documented sales process to ensure maximum results.
  • Manage all account activities and sales pipeline with 100% accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Source new sales opportunities on a daily basis through inbound lead follow-up, SDR lead passes, outbound calls, emails, and Drift chats.
  • An average day will include 100 inbound and outbound phone calls, answering and generating dozens of emails, working dozens of Drift chats, and completing at least 5 sales meetings per day.
  • On average you will open 75 new deals per month and close approximately 30 new deals per month to reach 100% of quota.
This role will be responsible for...
  • Giving 110% effort every day.
  • Participating in the repeatable sales process to acquire new customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding all activity and revenue targets.
  • Successfully managing a pipeline that's at least 3x of target.
  • Documenting all selling activities with perfection in our Hubspot CRM.
  • Being present - Participate and provide feedback on processes, policies, marketing support, and product.
  • Establishing strategies and tactics to attain all targets.
  • Educating customers on the Flywheel product, general workflows and/or WordPress.
  • Identifies gaps in an agency or marketing team's technical environment using question-based and consultative selling skills.
  • Thinking critically about how to effectively target leads as upgrade opportunities.
  • Consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Introducing new products and services to Flywheel customers to help support growth.
  • Working closely with Sales Ops to make data-informed decisions to evaluate project success and future potential.
  • Upgrading customers with site overages to appropriately fit plans.
  • Upgrading hosting plans for high traffic (but unmanaged) sites.
  • Using lists of customers with outdated plugins, sell plugin + performance insights.
