Flywheel is looking for an energetic Account Manager to work closely with our mid-market customers on a daily basis. You’ll be responsible for your accounts’ expansion revenue and retention, strategizing on ways to improve their workflows with new Flywheel products, escalating their support problems, and having ongoing conversations about their site’s success. Everyone at Flywheel comes from a diverse background, so previous account management experience isn’t required (but is admired)! We’re looking for someone who wants to join our hungry team to demonstrate to more agencies how Flywheel is the best WordPress platform in the world. This role will be responsible for...
  • Creating and maintaining a deep relationship with each account through frequent valued-added communication.
  • Establishing strategies to retain customers that may be a churn risk.
  • Identifying and demonstrating new or under-utilized Flywheel features or services to upsell customers.
  • Educating customers on the Flywheel product, general workflows, and/or WordPress.
  • Proactively keeping customers informed and helping to roll out Flywheel updates, such as server upgrades or maintenance.
  • Finding ways to surprise and delight customers.
  • Achieving quarterly targets focused on growing, retaining, and delighting an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Giving 110% effort every day.
