The Customer Success Team is the entry point for our new customers and the first impression they’ll have once they are sold on the value of Flywheel. You will help new customers identify what they need to be successful with Flywheel, and then help them achieve that success. Priority #1 is getting their site(s) quickly and safely launched on Flywheel. Along the way, you’ll train them on the Flywheel dashboard and all the products and services that will improve their experience with us.

You're a solid fit for this position if...
  • You have at least one year of experience in account management or customer-facing role
  • You have worked at an agency - digital, marketing or otherwise and assisted clients
  • You empathize with people and care about solving their problems
  • You can prioritize a lot of different relationships and projects all at one time

  • You enjoy solving problems within a team and for others
  • You are not afraid of hopping on the phone with a customer and are able to explain technical product details
Our idea of a perfect candidate is someone who...
  • Has a minimum of one year experience in Customer Success / Account Management
  • Has made meaningful contributions to a customer retention strategy
  • Was an early team member on a hyper-growth team (and/or just knows what that experience is like)
  • Has strategically rolled out new tools, programs or features to existing customers
  • Has reported on customer engagement metrics
This role will be responsible for...
  • Managing our new customers’ in various phases of their onboarding
  • Acting as part educator, part project manager: you’ll focus your days around moving our newest managed customers from sold to launch, and educating them along the way
  • Working with our support and technical onboarding teams to work through detailed technical questions
  • Building rapport with and solving problems for our clients, leading to their long term success and loyalty
  • Working with our Product and Engineering teams to help prioritize customers’ needs and feature requests
  • Daily/weekly communication via phone and email with customers to help them launch sites, as quickly as possible
