The Sales Team at Flywheel is the lifeblood of our company. You represent our brand and help the coolest design agencies and marketing teams around the world discover all the wonderful ways our platform can help them grow their businesses. As the Solutions Engineer, you’re responsible for supporting our Sales Team with technical expertise, solutions architecture, and call support. SolutionsEngineers aims to improve both the technical knowledge on our team as well as confidence with our customers!

  • Get excited about creating documentation for Flywheel sales teams on specific subject areas that regularly require technical advising
  • Can provide written and phone support around solutions to customers or participate in solutions architecture workshops
  • Loves supporting customers through their transition to Flywheel
  • Able to perform those typical, in-office physical requirements
This role will be responsible for...
  • Participating in demos and discovery calls with the sales team where additional technical expertise is required
  • Using in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Coordinating with onboarding, services, and sales teams to design solutions that fit the unique or complex needs of customers
  • Acting as a liaison from sales to post-sale onboarding and account management to ensure successful launch of customer sites on Flywheel
  • Supporting sales proposals with additional documentation on Flywheel’s platform and dashboard
  • Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions
