This role is tasked with delivering a seamless, exceptional onboarding experience for some of our most important creative customers. You’ll be responsible for owning the technical aspects of customer onboarding, whether that’s troubleshooting WordPress conflicts that arise when moving a user’s site to Flywheel, digging into our app, or whatever behind-the-scenes magic needs to happen to ensure our customer is set up for success. You’ll also play a role in educating external and internal teams: making sure everyone is excited about our product’s capabilities, expectations are set really well, and the customer feels incredibly supported in their transition to our platform.
You will work closely with our account managers to act as their technical counterpoint for customers. As a member of the Customer Success team, you’ll be joining a pack of high-achieving, detail-oriented problem solvers who truly enjoy the opportunity to make our customers’ work less complicated and deliver the best possible experience!
