This role will be responsible for...
  • Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing your direct reports to their highest potential.
  • Collaborating with CFO, CEO and COO to build marketing, sales targets using a data-driven approach, win /loss analysis, demographic and historic run rates, and market penetration.
  • Develop, lead, and take ownership of the demand strategy for digital marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align with Flywheel’s business and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure your organizations achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Diving into customer data and craft high-impact growth strategies across all parts of the user funnel, including acquisition, conversion rate optimization, engagement, and retention.
  • Owning all aspects of performance marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term new customer acquisition and build a foundation for balanced growth
