In addition to providing true, 24/7 support to our customers, we’ve rolled out a new in-app support experience that makes getting support even more accessible and easier than ever!
From any page in the Flywheel dashboard, you can now quickly access our support channels. Whether you need to chat with us real quick, check the status of a ticket, or reference our handy help docs, you can now use the “Get Help” link in the header or the floating “Get Help” button in the lower right of your screen to access everything!
We’ve updated the existing “Get Help” page to include your most recent, open tickets with a link to view your ticket history. All new tickets that you create will be available in-app moving forward (plus we’re working hard on a solution to import your entire ticket history)!
Getting you the support you need in a timely manner is incredibly important to us, and in-app support tickets and ticket history is only the beginning. We’ve got a lot more planned and are excited to share a little bit of what’s to come with you today.
