Flywheel provides you with world-class managed WordPress hosting with no long-term commitments or contracts. Because of this, we only offer refunds in the following situations:
Monthly customers | Eligible for a refund within 72 hours of purchasing or renewing a monthly plan. |
Annual customers | Eligible for a refund for 30 days after purchasing or renewing a yearly plan. |
Outside of these windows, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle, at which point it simply will not be renewed. Your backups and content will be available through the end of the subscription. Use of a discount code or offer may affect the amount of your refund.
