Halo Burger set out to completely rebuild our website last year in order to amplify the guest experience and ensure we could communicate timely, up-to-date information at the drop of a hat. Our previous website lacked versatility, requiring us to pay hundreds of dollars to edit even the smallest of things, and offered little value to the guest. The Nativ Team listened to these hurdles and overhauled the website with customized widgets, plugins and more. Better yet, they gave us the freedom to communicate with our guests as quickly as we needed, going so far as to create training videos for our team. This attention to our needs wound up winning us an award for our agility in communication surrounding the coronavirus pandemic. Now, we have a beautiful new website that ensures our guests have a great experience where they can find the correct information and enjoy everything Halo Burger has to offer.
