I began working with Kyle and Justin at Rounded Digital in the 4th quarter of 2016. They created the newest revision of our website and we are complimented almost daily on how beautiful and informative it is. I have been happy with their responsiveness when I have a question, concern or need to make a change. They have simple systems in place to handle requests for help in a timely manner. While I do a great deal of the monthly updates on the backend myself, they are always there to assist if I am short on time or can’t quite figure out how to make something work the way I need it to. They are always working on new ways to improve our organic leads with high quality SEO and have a unique dashboard that I can log onto to see just how we are performing. They also have a wealth of information in their blog articles. They genuinely want their client’s websites to perform optimally. As a business owner that puts a high value on customer care in my own business, I need to see that same kind of care with the vendors I use to support my company goals, and Rounded Digital hits the mark.
