Why is there a charge on my card from Flywheel?

What is Flywheel?

We’re a managed WordPress host based out of Omaha, Nebraska that keeps your site fast and secure. We specialize in tools for creative agencies, designers, and developers to help improve their workflow so they can do their best work.

What is this charge for?

Most likely it’s a monthly or yearly recurring charge for your hosting plan with Flywheel. To view more details, you can log in to the Flywheel app for all billing information. (Don’t remember your login credentials? Just follow the process on that page and we’ll get you in
there!)

I don’t remember signing up for this…

If this doesn’t sound familiar, you might have been signed up for Flywheel’s services by someone who helped build your website. Our platform allows them to transfer the bill to their clients (AKA you!) so you may want to contact that person with questions.

Can I get an invoice for the charges?

You bet! In fact, you should already be receiving them at the email address you signed up with. If you need to change your email settings, you can do that from the Flywheel app.

How do I cancel this account?

If you’d like to cancel your Flywheel hosting plan, you can do so from the Flywheel dashboard. Just log in, then follow these steps to cancel your account.

Can I get a refund?

You’re eligible for a refund in these specific circumstances. Outside of those windows, you can cancel your subscription at any time, at which point you won’t see any future charges. There are no termination fees or long-term contracts.
