Therefore, we are offering you the ability to enable Growth Suite for no additional cost—it’s important to us that our agencies and freelancers are successful and we believe Growth Suite will help you hit your growth goals.

What are the benefits of using Growth Suite?

Where do we start!? Growth Suite is a fantastic product for growing agencies and freelancers as it allows you to have everything under one login. This eliminates the need to manage and pay for multiple apps or software products. You can tie sites directly to the client and the invoice. This allows you to create service tiers to offer clients. You can build predictable Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) in one place, headache-free!

Growth Suite is packed with all the features you need to scale your business, including:

• Branded subscription billing (payment through ACH or credit card)
• Unlimited client management
• Bulk site information
• Revenue insights (MRR, total revenue, projected revenue, and more)
• Branded automated client reports
• Branded client portal where clients can submit payment

I would like to try Growth Suite. How do I get started?

Hooray! We think you’ll love it. To enable Growth Suite, log into the Flywheel app and you will see “Growth Suite” in the main navigation.

Once you click on that, you’ll see a bright yellow button to enable Growth Suite.

From there, the step-by-step process will get you setup and ready to use the product within minutes.

How much does it cost if I decide to enable Growth Suite?

This is an invitation to enable Growth Suite for free! Whether you decide to keep Growth Suite or not, you will only be billed for the cost of your existing hosting plan.

If you decide to upgrade your existing plan in the future, you would then be upgraded to the next tier of a Growth Suite plan.

I’m still not sure I understand. Can you give me an example of how pricing works if I decide to enable Growth Suite?

You bet, let’s check out an example: a standard Freelance plan is $115/month while a Growth Suite Freelance plan is $135/month. For this example, let’s say you have a Freelance plan for $115/month, and if you enable Growth Suite with this invitation, you would continue to be billed at the $115/month rate. Long story short, you’ll get Growth Suite for free!

Now let’s also say down the road you need to upgrade from a Freelance to an Agency plan (or in other words, your agency GREW and you need more sites). In this case, because you have Growth Suite enabled, you would then be upgraded to our Growth Suite Agency plan which is $330/month.

Are there any fees to use Growth Suite’s Stripe integration?

All credit card transactions are billed at 2.9% plus $0.30 cents per transaction, with no cap.
All ACH transactions are billed at .8%, capped at $5 per transaction.
Flywheel does not take any % or cut of customer money earned through Growth Suite.

If I decide that I don’t want to use Growth Suite can I opt out?

Yes, you sure can! But we think you’re going to love Growth Suite. 

To opt out, navigate to your billing details. Then from the gear dropdown on the right side, you’ll see the option to opt out. 

We’ll then ask you for feedback to learn more about why you’re opting out. We would appreciate any and all feedback you can provide as that only makes the product better!

Please keep in mind that upon opting out, all active client subscriptions will be canceled and all white-labeled domains will revert back to Flywheel branded domains. 

I don’t see the option to enable Growth Suite. Why not?

We have limited our first round of enablement to a particular group of customers (based on their plan type). This is in a testing phase, and we want to make sure we get it right before officially cutting the red tape.

If you are interested, we can see what we can do to accommodate you! Unfortunately, we can’t make any promises due to product and planning technicalities. Please reach out to your account manager or support to get the conversation going!

Will anything happen to my existing sites upon enabling Growth Suite?

Nope! Your sites will still be fast and secure with all the same Flywheel perks. No downtime will occur with this change.
