One of the great benefits of Growth Suite is that we send out emails to your clients on your behalf (all under your brand)!
In order to keep you in the loop regarding the communication that’s going out to your clients, we provide you with an in-app email log.
With this log, you can see who received the emails, when they were sent, and a preview of the email so you know exactly what your client receives. You also have the ability to resend these emails from this page.
To preview an email that your client has received, select the Preview link.
Please note that you will not be able to click on any of the links in the email preview, as these are token links specific to your client.
To resend an email, select the 3-dot menu to the right of the preview link and choose Resend from the dropdown menu.
You have the ability to view emails specific to a client, or to view a comprehensive list of all emails sent to all of your clients.
To view the email log for all clients, select the Emails tab from the main Clients page.
To view the email log for a specific client, select the Emails tab from that client’s page.
