How do I get help at Flywheel?

At Flywheel, we pride ourself on good, old-fashioned, person-to-person customer support. Our global team of heavily caffeinated Happiness Engineers monitors chat and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Here are the best ways to reach out to Flywheel for support

Log in

First off, in order to make sure only authorized users are requesting changes to your account and sites, please log in to the Flywheel app at app.getflywheel.com.

Browse our help docs

For fans of DIY support, our Help Docs include topics ranging from the Flywheel app to general WordPress tips. Our collection keeps getting bigger, so be sure to check back periodically or let us know if there’s an article you’d like to see.

Get help

To get in touch with a Happiness Engineer at any time, click Get Help from the app’s main menu. 

You can also click the Get Help button in the corner of the window.

Lastly, you can type app.getflywheel.com/help into your browser.

Chat with us

Once you’ve clicked that Get Help button, you should see a “Chat Now” option up at the top of the box that pops up. Our team of nimble-fingered brainiacs are on standby all hours of the day, every day of the week and they are eagerly awaiting your message.

Open a Ticket

If you ever need assistance, simply open a support ticket with our team at app.getflywheel.com/tickets/new. You can also submit a ticket if you navigate to our main Help page or look for the + Open A Ticket link inside the Get Help tool.

We have a global team monitoring new tickets 24/7. Our team will be sure you get a prompt response and put your site on the path to good health.

Continue a Ticket

Updates to your recent tickets will be shown under the Get Help button as well as on the main Help page. You’ll also receive updates via email.

Continue your conversation either in the app or over email.

Phone Support

For customers with an Agency subscription or any custom plan that includes phone support, Flywheel agents are available to take your calls from 9am – 5pm Central, Monday through Friday.

Customers on these special plans can find our phone number under the Get Help button once they log into the Flywheel app. Our phone agents will help field general requests and serve as a liaison between you and our higher levels of support.
