Flywheel’s been doing a lot of growing lately. Last year at this time, we had five full-time employees. Now, we have 22. We’ve had a lot of fun creating an amazing culture and getting to know each other throughout the past year as we’ve continued to welcome new team members.
Earlier this month, all 22 of us flew to Las Vegas for Flywheel’s first-ever retreat for three days of team-building, fun, and work.
We spent a good chunk of our time talking about the state of the company and what our goals and plans are for 2015. We also focused on Flywheel’s values, and gave each department within Flywheel a chance to come up their own values and creatively present them to the rest of the team.
When we weren’t focusing on company values, every single Flywheel employee worked with our support team to help answer tickets and migrate sites to Flywheel. Our support team is the lifeblood of our company, and we want everyone who works at Flywheel to experience working with and for our customers, so we can continue to provide amazing customer support in all aspects of what we do.
And, of course, we had a little bit of fun. When in Vegas, right?
