Last month Flywheel announced plans for both maternity and paternity leave. This is something we’ve been looking forward to offering as a part of our benefits package for a long time, and we’re excited to finally be able to put it in place! Everyone at Flywheel will now receive 12 weeks of paid leave for maternity and eight weeks of paid leave for paternity. For us, this is more than just a benefit, it’s the right thing to do. We think all new mothers and fathers deserve the time they need to welcome newborns and newly adopted children to their family.
We value our employees and providing a maternity and paternity leave plan allows everyone at Flywheel to take time away without the burden of financial worry. Each and every one of Flywheel’s employees puts so much into making Flywheel great, and we think they should have time available to them to make their families great, too. (Plus, our Flywheel onesies look pretty cute on new babies).
