Every day, our superheroes on the Support Team field all kinds of questions from customers all over the world. They complete astronomical amounts of migrations, cover overnight emergency support shifts, and always go the extra mile for our customers.
One day, we got a very interesting request from one of our customers…
After working on migration requests just like any other typical day, our Happiness Engineer Tyler opened one that had an unexpected note in the comments section:
“Looking forward to your awesome help! Please send us a drawing of a little dinosaur when complete!”
Drawing dinosaurs? You don’t have to ask us twice. Tyler shared the remarkable request with the team and everyone promptly set out to complete the task. The usual sounds of typing on keyboards and chatting with customers over the phone were suddenly replaced by silence as Flywheelers snatched up their pens and began to sketch.
We happily completed the migration request and attached a whopping TWELVE dinosaur drawings to the support ticket! Days later, we received a note from the customer that their team had printed out our dino sketches and voted on their favorites.

Dylan was overjoyed to hear his sketch had won!
