At Flywheel, support is our number one priority, and we work hard to make sure we’re always there for our customers when they need help. We can talk the talk and walk the walk when it comes to all things WordPress, and we love solving problems so that people can get back to building and designing websites.
Still, we’re always trying to improve how we do things, which includes continuously streamlining our support process. That’s why we’re introducing a brand new way to get the help you need from Flywheel with chat support! (Not to be confused with Flywheel SnapChat support ;))
You can already ask us questions on the phone, over email, or on Twitter, and chat is just another way you can contact us. It’s especially great for quick, one-off questions that don’t necessarily require an email or call. Whether you have a question about billing, want to know how to add a CDN to your site, or want to ask us what our favorite pizza is (hint: it’s Hawaiian), chat support is the way to go. You’ll get quick answers from our support staff without having to call or wait for an email to pop back into your inbox.
Accessing chat support is super easy. Our chat window is always available in the bottom right-hand corner of our website — whether you’re on our homepage or in the app. Simply say “Hey!” and ask us whatever it is you’d like to know. We’ll do our best to help out.
