We’ve made it our mission to simplify billing and make sorting through all your subscriptions, billing information, and payment methods easier—today, we’re excited to share a list of improvements we’ve made to our billing interface! We’ve updated how you can access your billing information as well as providing all your subscription information in one delightful place.
Whether you’re managing one or one hundred sites, you can easily navigate the billing interface to view sites owned by you or your Organization and see a number of details you couldn’t before!
Let’s take a look at what’s changed.
PAYMENT METHODS HAS MOVED
First, you’ll notice that Payment Methods have been moved from the profile dropdown and can now be found under the newly updated Billing overview page.
A NEW BILLING PAGE
We’ve cleaned up the Billing page to only show billing-related information and added a tab for accessing all your Payment Methods.
Another update we’re especially excited to share is our user toggle! Whether your sites are owned by your User account or if they are owned by your Organization, you can easily toggle between these accounts to view the billing information tied to each.
To toggle from User to Organization, simply click the dropdown in the upper right of the billing dashboard.
AN UPDATE TO PLAN DETAILS
Next to the subscription you wish to view, click “Plan Details” and you’ll be taken to the improved billing overview page. Here you’ll find a detailed look at the subscription, usage, features, payment method, and more!
A SIMPLIFIED BILLING HISTORY TAB
You’ll also notice a refresh to the “Billing History” tab, which displays all historical billing information for that subscription.
Need to navigate to the billing information for a specific site? Select the gear icon in the site dashboard to navigate to the billing details for that site.
